After many years of a successful but personally unfulfilling career in the non-profit arts world, Anna decided to pursue what makes her happy and graduated with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lipscomb University in 2019.
Anna works from a psychodynamic perspective, collaborating with clients to better understand how their past created their present, and how they can build a future they deserve. She incorporates Buddhist philosophy and meditation practices in her work in order to help her clients create more happiness, peace, and equanimity in their lives. Anna specializes in helping those with treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues.
Anna is especially excited about the future of ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and its potential to help those whom conventional therapies have failed.
